1. Introduction

Welcome to LEARNINGS24X7. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or engaging with our consulting services, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service & Refund Policy. This document outlines the conditions governing course registration, service use, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all training courses, consulting engagements, and talent solutions provided by LEARNINGS24X7. It includes both self-paced online courses, instructor-led training, and corporate training programs.

3. Course Enrollment & Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon for corporate training or bulk registrations.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. We do not store sensitive financial information.
  • All prices displayed are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST charge will be applied at checkout for Australian customers.
  • Course access details will be provided upon successful payment confirmation.
  • 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    We understand that circumstances may change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

    4.1 Refunds for Self-Paced & Online Courses

    Refunds will only be considered if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that course materials have not been accessed.

    Once course materials are accessed, no refunds will be granted.

    If a technical issue prevents access, we will work with you to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

    4.2 Refunds for Instructor-Led & Corporate Training

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus an AUD 50 processing fee.

    Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before training: Eligible for a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made less than 15 days before training: No refund will be provided.

    Medical emergencies: Cancellations due to verified medical emergencies may be considered for a partial refund or course transfer, subject to review.

    4.3 Cancellations by LEARNINGS24X7

    If LEARNINGS24X7 cancels a course, participants are entitled to a full refund or may opt to transfer to another course date at no additional cost.

    If a course is rescheduled or postponed, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled session or transfer to another course of equal value.

    4.4 Course Transfers & Substitutions

    Participants may transfer enrollment to another individual at least 10 business days before the course start date (a processing fee may apply).

    Participants may request to transfer to another course date if notified at least 5 business days in advance, subject to availability.

    4.5 No-Show Policy

    If a participant does not attend a scheduled instructor-led training session, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided unless prior notification was given.

    4.6 Refunds for Online Self-Paced Courses

    Refunds will only be considered within 48 hours of purchase, provided that course materials have not been accessed.

    Once course materials are accessed, no refunds will be granted.

    If a technical issue prevents access, we will work with you to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

    4.7 Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

    This refund policy operates in addition to consumer rights provided under Australian Consumer Law. If a course or service is not delivered as advertised, participants may be eligible for a remedy as per the applicable regulations.

    Cancellations made between 5 to 10 business days before training: Eligible for a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made less than 5 business days before training: No refund will be provided.

    Rescheduling: You may request a reschedule for a later session, subject to availability and approval.

    4.3 Non-Refundable Fees

    Exam vouchers provided through PeopleCert, AXELOS, or other certification bodies are non-refundable once issued.

    Processing fees associated with third-party services are non-refundable.

    5. Course Transfers & Substitutions

    Participants may request to transfer to another course date at no additional cost if requested at least 5 business days in advance.

    A registered participant may transfer their enrollment to another individual by notifying LEARNINGS24X7 at least 3 business days before the course begins.

    6. No-Show Policy

    If a participant does not attend a scheduled instructor-led training session, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided unless prior arrangements were made.

    7. Consulting & Talent Solutions Terms

    Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements based on project scope.

    Refunds for consulting services are not available once work has commenced.

    Talent solutions fees apply as agreed with the client and are non-refundable upon completion of candidate shortlisting.

    8. Intellectual Property Rights

    The courseware used in our training programs is provided by PeopleCert and remains the intellectual property of PeopleCert.

    As an Accredited Training Organization (ATO), LEARNINGS24X7 delivers training using PeopleCert-approved materials under an official agreement.

    Participants are granted access to course materials strictly for personal learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without explicit permission from the respective intellectual property owners.

    All course materials, training content, and consulting frameworks remain the intellectual property of LEARNINGS24X7.

    Participants may use the materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    LEARNINGS24X7 is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, natural disasters, or platform outages).

    If a course is canceled by LEARNINGS24X7, participants will be offered a full refund or alternative session.

    10. Examination Provider Terms & Conditions

    10.1 Examination Vouchers

    Examination vouchers are provided by accreditation vendors, such as PeopleCert.

    Vouchers are issued on the first day of the course and are non-refundable once provided.

    10.2 Examination Provider Policies

    Each examination provider has its own terms and conditions, and candidates are responsible for ensuring compliance with these policies.

    Exam providers may require a minimum 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an exam. Late cancellations may incur an admin fee or cause the voucher to become void.

    Candidates must take the exam in a quiet environment with a webcam, speakers, and a reliable internet connection.

    Candidates must provide valid identification to the exam proctor before sitting the exam.

    It is the student’s sole responsibility to ensure they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet service to complete an online examination.

    11. Amendments to this Policy

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
